This position will be office-based in Munich or Berlin (hybrid).

As Small Business Account Executive (d/f/m) you will make a significant impact on our new business revenue growth while, building on your previous experiences, becoming an industry-leading expert in complex software sales.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Net New MRR: You’re responsible for bringing in net new, recurring revenue through closing small business (up to 50 people) customers in Germany
  • Prospecting: You own your book of business and build outreach strategies to fill your pipeline
  • Qualification: You run a thorough qualification process and to progress your pipeline and increase conversion
  • Internal collaboration: You work SDRs supporting your pipe gen activities and additional internal stakeholders like Solution Engineering, Legal, Marketing and Partnerships
  • Project management: You guide prospects through their evaluation process, influence decision criteria and support building business cases that trigger action across complex buying centers

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • You have a proven track record of 1 year in a new biz SaaS closing sales role
  • You see yourself as a “hunter” and enjoy developing creative prospecting strategies
  • You have excellent qualification skills helping you to create a need to act on a functional (HR) and company level
  • You are familiar with sales qualifications and methodologies , preferably MEDDIC
  • You have a high intrinsic motivation to continuously challenge yourself to become better every single day
  • You are driven and motivated for ways to overachieve against your targets
  • You’re a native German speaker (or equivalent C2 level) and fluent in English (business language)
