Our Bad Rodach site in Germany specializes in Thermal Systems. We are seeking a VIE Production Administrator for a 12-month assignment.

The role involves addressing daily operational needs and strategic projects, including data analysis and implementing new tools.

• Prepare annual reviews with direct labor
• Organize daily & weekly meetings on labor efficiency and scrap management
• Compare Valeo standards with current setups
• Support and empower teams during workshops

Candidate Profile:

You hold a master's degree, have experience in production, and are fluent in English. You possess strong communication skills, an international mindset, and openness to new cultures and working methods. You are humble, attentive, positive, professional, and diplomatic.
