MedChemExpress (MCE) is a leading supplier of life science reagents, including bioactive small molecules, peptides, recombinant proteins, and more. We offer services such as custom chemical synthesis, virtual screening, and compound screening. To support our growth, we seek a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager for our Isotope products, based in the UK, France, or Germany, with a work-from-home arrangement.

Position Overview

The role involves promoting our isotope products, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within your designated region. Travel and regular client interaction are expected.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Achieve sales growth and meet targets for isotope products.
  2. Promote the MedChemExpress brand and products in your area.
  3. Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular visits and professional communication.
  4. Handle customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails regarding orders and technical questions.
  5. Provide accurate product and promotional information to customers.
  6. Collaborate with team members and participate in marketing events.
  7. Conduct market research and share insights to inform marketing strategies.
  8. Maintain effective communication and organizational skills.
  9. Engage in social discussions about industry trends and competitors.
  10. Manage customer files, order follow-up, and after-sales service.
  11. Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and gather customer data.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences, chemistry, pharmacy, or related fields.
