Your mission

• You work on interdisciplinary projects and have the opportunity to contribute to the company's success and growth through your experience by supporting us in new sales initiatives.
• You acquire new customers, maintain existing customer relationships, and guide them from the first contact to a successful contract conclusion.
• You define the objectives for R&D regarding product developments based on yeast cell walls.
• You optimize sales and communication strategies in close collaboration with the product and marketing teams.
• You ensure the successful market introduction of new products.

Your profile

• You have a degree in food technology, biotechnology, animal nutrition, or a related field. A background as a nutritionist is also a plus.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in sales or business development in the field of yeast cell walls, β-glucans, and mannans – experience with yeast, aquaculture, or pet food is a strong advantage.
• You demonstrate a high level of initiative and motivation to work in a dynamic environment.
• You have strong communication and negotiation skills.
• You speak fluent English; German skills are a plus.
