About the Role As a Junior Business Development Representative , your mission will be to identify new business opportunities and engage with potential clients across the EMEA region.

You’ll serve as the initial point of contact for companies exploring digital growth solutions, helping them uncover their needs and aligning them with the right services.

This is a sales-driven role with a strong focus on outbound engagement, relationship building, and identifying qualified opportunities to support wider business development goals.

You’ll work independently and collaboratively to help build lasting client relationships and generate pipeline for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities Proactively generate and qualify sales opportunities through phone calls, emails, and CRM activity Reach daily and weekly targets in line with KPIs and sales goals Manage a diverse portfolio of potential customers and identify high-potential accounts Educate businesses on available marketing and cloud-based solutions Conduct outbound outreach to C-level decision-makers to understand business needs Align prospects’ challenges with relevant digital solutions using a consultative approach Accurately maintain client information in Salesforce and track the full sales cycle Contribute to team goals and actively support a collaborative team environment What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience C2 / C1 proficiency in German Fluent in English , both spoken and written Previous experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or business development (preferably in tech or digital environments) Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to influence decision-makers Good understanding of IT or cloud-based solutions (knowledge of Google Cloud Platform is a plus) Motivated, proactive, and goal-driven mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based sales environment Solid computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce Nice to Have 1+ year experience in outbound sales or tech industry (not mandatory) Experience with cold calling and high-volume outreach(not mandatory) Previous use of Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms(not mandatory) Strong ability to identify key stakeholders within client organizations(not mandatory) Understanding of the European digital market and sales cycles(not mandatory) What’s in It for You Full-time, permanent position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday) Hybrid work model based in Barcelona Competitive salary: €25,440 gross/year + up to €6,360 gross/year bonus Relocation package to support your move to Barcelona Ongoing coaching and mentorship for professional growth Clear development paths and internal mobility opportunities A collaborative and inclusive team environment Regular team events, contests, and recognition programs Ready to grow your career in digital business development?
