Job Description

We're expanding our team with a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join our new Europe-based Ads Product team. This role involves shaping the user-facing experience of our advertising products, focusing on building performant, scalable, and elegant interfaces that integrate with backend systems and third-party ad platforms. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers across Europe and Australia to deliver a seamless ad experience for millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement modern, responsive UIs using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Build and maintain reusable UI components and frontend libraries
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flows
• Translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality code in partnership with design teams
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and scalability
• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and documentation
• Mentor and guide junior developers
• Contribute to architectural decisions for the frontend of our ad platform

Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend development experience with React and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of modern JavaScript, browser behavior, and frontend performance optimization
• Experience with RESTful or GraphQL API integration
• Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks and CI/CD workflows
• Experience with design systems and component-driven development
• Familiarity with ad tech or advertising UI patterns is a plus
• Ability to work in cross-functional, agile, and distributed teams
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
