The role

As Global Product Architect for Microsoft Modern Workplace, you will lead global initiatives related to productivity solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your focus will be on developing global services and standards for regional delivery.

You will stay updated with the latest trends in productivity technologies and share knowledge within the architect community to promote innovation and best practices.

• Architectural Leadership: Own the design and architecture of productivity solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Hands-On Leadership: Engage with stakeholders and teams to validate solutions against market and customer needs.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, design, and implementation.
• Training Design and Delivery: Create and deliver training sessions for consultants to effectively deliver global solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with senior stakeholders to capture requirements and drive success.

What we need to see from you

You should have extensive experience as a Modern Work and Microsoft 365 architect, leading projects to enhance productivity and collaboration, ideally within international organizations and familiar with matrix structures.

Microsoft Technology Stack: Deep experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure cloud services.

• Microsoft 365: Proficiency with Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, Office 365, and Azure.
• Automation: Experience using PowerShell for automation.
• Copilot for Microsoft 365: In-depth knowledge of Copilot for M365.
• Other Copilots and Extensibility: Experience integrating AI solutions in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and extending functionalities.

Language Skills: English (C1+).

Security & Compliance: Experience implementing security and compliance measures per Microsoft standards.

Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead complex projects from start to finish.

Stakeholder Engagement: Experience working with global and regional stakeholders, including C-level executives.
