POSITION SUMMARY:

Coliquio seeks an experienced, driven sales professional as Sales Manager – Medical Affairs (m/w/d). The new hire will be responsible for selling our services to local medical departments of the pharmaceutical industry. The role requires strong relationship-building skills and knowledge of medical solution selling within healthcare. The successful candidate will manage and expand business within their assigned accounts, acting as a supportive client partner who understands client needs and is proactive in securing new relationships. Frequent travel to client meetings and medical conferences, mainly in Germany, is expected.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with proven results in selling to pharmaceutical companies (experience in medical devices or biotech industries considered).
  • Track record of successful sales to medical teams within pharma.
  • Background in medicine or natural sciences (pharmacy, biology, medicine).
  • Fluency in the medical domain within Pharma.
  • Experience presenting to and interacting with senior management.
  • Ability to develop strategic, value-based client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, independent worker with drive.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Fluency in English and German.
