WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• 1-2 years of comparable work experience (e.g., deal desk, sales operations, paralegal, legal, or business operations associate)
• Native or fluent (professional level) in both English and German
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving, international environment
• Impeccable time management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Familiarity with CRMs and CLMs or similar tools
• Previous experience with Salesforce, Ironclad, Workday is a plus
• Experience with SaaS/Software companies is desirable
• A start-up mentality: proactive, creative, and results-oriented
