With its 8 colleagues, the bar team at the Boilerman Bar Munich ensures taste explosions in a glass. The Boilerman Bar Munich is marketed as an independent concept targeting the neighborhood with highballs. Job Description

• You will plan the work schedule, lead the team, and support your colleagues in their development.
• You ensure correct billing and maintain clean administrative processes.
• You take responsibility for your budget and develop the bar entrepreneurially.
• You are a competent and open-minded contact and sparring partner for highball enthusiasts.
• You support your colleagues with an infectious smile when all the guests storm the bar at the same time and want a drink.
• You stay on top of things even when plans change spontaneously.

Qualifications

• You have gained initial management experience in a bar and speak fluent English.
• You can inspire your colleagues as well as your guests. You also know your way around Munich and always have some tips on the scene.
• You are enthusiastic about the bar scene and bar culture and enjoy discovering new concepts.
• You're a doer and openly admit when you've done something wrong.
• You bring not only your skills but also your character.

Additional Information

• Only work 4 days a week as a full-time team member without payment or holiday reduction.
