Position: Controlling Expert Customer & Projects (F/M/X)

Location: Grevenmacher

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage independently and oversee planning and forecasting processes for projects, R&D costs, and cash flows.
• Handle business management for acquisition and development projects from the proposal stage to production start, supporting interdisciplinary project teams.
• Provide business management support and commercial advice to the management of the Glass business unit, including standardization and reporting.
• Perform target/actual comparisons and specialized analyses (e.g., capacity, R&D efficiency) and follow up on action plans derived from these analyses.
• Coordinate activities related to grant management.
• Develop and optimize processes, standards, tools, and templates for project and R&D controlling.

Type of Contract: Permanent position

Candidate Profile:

• Fluent in English; proficiency in French and German is considered an asset.
• Completed studies in business administration or industrial engineering, preferably with a focus on planning or controlling.
• Several years of professional controlling experience, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Strong understanding of business contexts, excellent analytical skills, and interest in technical issues.
• Good knowledge of profitability accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP PS/CO modules is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and strong command of English.
