The (Senior) HR Manager – Recruitment / Talent Acquisition has the objective to oversee and manage the end-to-end hiring process, drive the growth of our group of sister companies by standardizing and optimizing current internal processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiment journey. Your main duties will be:

  • You see yourself as a sparring partner in recruiting and talent search and accompany our specialist departments from the search and approach of potential candidates all throughout the hiring process
  • You are responsible for the creation of action plans and further development of the recruiting strategy in close coordination with the Head of People & Culture
  • You will create and analyse recruiting/staff growth-specific key figures and deriving suitable measures for continuous improvement
  • You are responsible for multi-channel recruiting - job advertisements, active sourcing, cooperation with recruitment agencies
  • You will support with the utilisation of employer branding activities, e.g. job fairs, recruitment agencies
  • You actively manage and shape the internal and external selection processes, both online and in person
  • You act as the first point of contact for applicants and interested parties who contact our company for their professional future
  • You are responsible for addressing talents individually and in a target group-oriented manner in active sourcing
  • You will oversee the systemical development of the internal Talentpool and Database
  • You will collaborate on overarching HR projects
  • Adaptation and best representation of our corporate culture and values as an authentic figurehead for the company
  • University degree (Bachelor) or vocational training in HR or similar
  • At least 5 years professional experience
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in professional Recruiting/ Direct Search or similar topics
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (at least C1 for both)
  • High degree of initiative and very good decision-making ability combined with an independent style and pragmatic, hands-on attitude
  • Very good knowledge and skills in dealing with MS Office programs, especially Outlook
  • Experience in the use of HRIS with multiple interfaces, especially Personio, is an advantage
  • Preferred: Professionals with experience in personnel services or other service-oriented industries
