We are looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to join our team in Amberg or Laatzen.

As a Product Manager for Feeding Technology (m/f/d), within the Factory Automation SBU, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our product lines. You will be responsible for coordinating the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond, while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including engineering, business development, sales, and operations, to deliver high-quality products that meet market demand and drive business growth.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Stay current of industry developments, new technologies, and market trends to advise product decisions and strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for the feeding technology that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with various teams to prioritize and complete product development and innovation initiatives.
  • Define innovative product requirements and specifications based on market insights, customer feedback, and business priorities.
  • Work closely with customer facing teams to develop go-to-market plans, positioning strategies, and sales enablement materials.
  • Work with solution and sales support teams to ideate and develop solutions business.
  • Supervise product performance and key metrics, and iterate on strategies to optimize product success and profitability.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the assigned product lines, providing mentorship and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
