We are seeking an experienced and driven Medical Advisor with expertise in aesthetic medicine to provide scientific and clinical guidance in support of our aesthetics portfolio. The Medical Advisor will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, effective, and compliant use of aesthetic products, while serving as a key liaison between the medical community, internal teams, and external stakeholders. This position requires a deep understanding of dermatology, cosmetic procedures, and injectable treatments including Dermofillers and Biofillers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Medical Expertise :
• Provide clinical expertise and support to internal teams, including marketing, sales, regulatory, and research and development, ensuring accurate and scientifically grounded information is communicated.
• Offer guidance on the use and safety of products, including injectables, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments.
• Stay updated on the latest clinical research, trends, and innovations in aesthetic medicine.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and industry experts in the aesthetic field.
• Support educational initiatives by providing training and presentations to external stakeholders on the benefits, risks, and proper use of aesthetic products.
• Medical Strategy and Communication :
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop scientifically accurate materials for use in promotions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve medical content for product launches, advertising, and promotional campaigns to ensure medical accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Regulatory and Compliance Support :
• Support the regulatory and compliance teams in ensuring that product information and promotional materials comply with relevant legal and medical standards.
• Address medical inquiries and adverse events related to aesthetic products, ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution.
• Clinical Development :
• Provide medical insights during the development of clinical trials and post-marketing studies for aesthetic products.
• Review clinical study protocols, investigator brochures, and safety reports, ensuring relevance to the aesthetics field and alignment with the company's strategic goals.
• Training and Development :
• Conduct product and clinical training for internal teams, including sales and marketing, ensuring they have the necessary medical knowledge to promote products effectively and ethically.
• Lead training initiatives for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers on the safe and effective use of aesthetic treatments.

Qualifications :

• Scientific degree (MD, PhD Or Msc) with specialization in dermatology, plastic surgery, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, including injectables, lasers, and dermal fillers.
• Experience with clinical development, regulatory compliance, and medical affairs in the pharmaceutical or aesthetics industry is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex medical information into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals and KOLs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
