Qualifikationen

Your Future Role

2,100 colleagues from 46 countries, including 800 engineers, shape in Hennigsdorf the future of rail mobility. The locally developed, manufactured, and maintained product range includes high-speed, regional, and local trains, subways, as well as trams and light rail vehicles. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. You’ll report to Mechanical Design team.

We’ll look for you to :

  1. Manage the mechanical integration activities of the project (requirements, specifications thanks to Space allocations, 3D detailed design, 2D drawings) in compliance with QCD commitments by applying Mechanical design rules and processes.
  2. Performing and maintaining Space Allocation in accordance with progressive maturity rules considering all constraints.
  3. Mature design with suppliers.
  4. Checking compliancy of supplier proposal with specification.
  5. Performing 2D detailed design considering internal rules of data structuration.
  6. Performing assembly drawings and generating Bill of Material.
  7. Planning and piloting mechanical integration activities and related deliverables on project.
  8. Stack up calculations for the scope.
  9. Support other Functions (incl Sourcing, Industrialization and Manufacturing teams) during Development and Production ramp-up.

  • Graduated from Mechanical Engineering school with Master of Science degree.
  • English operational in read/writing and technical meetings.
  • German is a plus.

  • Customer & Product Focus.
  • Structured and organised with Hands-on approach.
