We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer who will play a key role in the design, development, testing, and implementation of customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations on the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with a team of engineers and various departments to translate business needs into scalable solutions within Salesforce.

ABOUT YOU :

1. Create and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans.
2. Apply best practices and design patterns for applications on the Salesforce.com platform.
3. Analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements, and production issues.
4. Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
5. Have 3+ years of Salesforce administration and development experience.
6. Ability to coach and mentor junior Salesforce team members.

Additional nice-to-have experience :

1. Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
2. Experience with source control and continuous integration.
3. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
