Responsibilities:
- Identification and acquisition of new customers: Proactively expand our customer base and promote OPEN MIND's growth.
- Customer consulting and sales: Provide expert advice on our CAD/CAM products, develop tailored solutions, and establish personal rapport with clients.
- Product presentations: Lead demonstrations with design parts to showcase our solutions' capabilities.
- Trade fair representation: Build and maintain relationships, increase our visibility at industry events.
- Record keeping: Update customer and prospect information in our CRM system.
Your profile:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in technical sales or customer management within software or technical products.
- Technical knowledge: Basic understanding of CAD/CAM, manufacturing processes, and technologies.
- Computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Communication skills: Strong interpersonal and technical communication abilities.
- Negotiation skills: Skilled in contract negotiations and commercial acumen.
- Team spirit: Ability to collaborate across departments.
- Goal-oriented: Demonstrate a proactive, persistent, and autonomous sales approach.
- Driving license: Valid TW license and willingness to travel within Taiwan.
- Language skills: Native Mandarin and fluent English (B2 level).
