We are seeking a Content Moderator (German Speaker, with relocation to Portugal) to join our team for a Streaming Service Platform project. Your primary responsibility will be reviewing and moderating user-generated content related to potential fraud, copyright infringement, and legal issues. Ensuring compliance with community guidelines and legal standards, you will contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming platform.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Moderating written content concerning fraud, copyright infringement, privacy, defamation, and falsification
• Processing legal requests in accordance with client policies and guidelines
• Meeting turnaround times and quality standards for all requests
• Monitoring user comments, profiles, and content to identify violations
• Providing high-quality reviews in a fast-paced environment
• Reporting and escalating violations as necessary
• Gaining insights into digital law related to content moderation

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• Fluency in German at C1 level (written and spoken)
• No prior experience required
