What the job involves

• Support the Head of Finance with portfolio financing, including project management for leveraged financing transactions, creditor due diligences, and financial modeling.
• Contribute to portfolio risk management and financial analysis, including analysis of balance sheets, capital structures, financial health checks, and counterparty risks.
• Assist CFOs with financial reporting and performance metrics post-financing.
• Support in the financial management of the fund.

Who we are looking for

• A master's degree in economics, finance, or equivalent with strong academic credentials.
• A team player with an ambitious, curious, and proactive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
• Exceptional communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
• Previous relevant experience in leveraged finance, private credit, or debt advisory at a reputable institution.
