We are currently seeking an MTRA/Röntgenassistent (m/w/d) for remote support for our client. Responsibilities

1. Efficient Support: Collaborate with local and virtual support teams to assist end customers and staff with remote applications and clinical workflows, especially for CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, and mammography.
2. Primary Contact: Serve as the main contact for clinical administrators and medical technicians to optimize reading and clinical workflows.
3. On-Site Support: Provide direct support to end customers when needed.
4. Information Sharing: Communicate issues to the central support center and relay solutions back to customers.
5. Feedback Integration: Incorporate customer feedback into the product lifecycle management process.
6. Experience: Current practical experience and knowledge across multiple imaging modalities, especially advanced MRI (e.g., cardiovascular, breast imaging, spectroscopy) and CT imaging.
7. Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of clinical workflows and IT infrastructure.
8. Education: Successfully completed vocational training.
9. Language Skills: Good German skills (at least B2).
10. Specialization: Experience in CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, or mammography.
