1. Identification and analysis of InfoSec security incidents within the MTU Aero Engines AG group
2. Coordination of incident response teams and support in implementing measures to limit damage during InfoSec incidents
3. Preparation of reports and analyses on security incidents and development of improvement suggestions for the information security infrastructure
4. Monitoring and updating internal policies and procedures for incident response
5. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including the IT department, data protection officer, and external security service providers
6. Completed education in IT security or comparable training
7. At least five years of professional experience in information security, ideally with a focus on incident management
8. Solid knowledge in network security, cyber threats, and IT infrastructure
9. Comprehensive understanding of information security standards (ISO 27001:2022 and EASA EU regulations 2023/203 & 2022/1645)
10. Experience with incident management tools and techniques
11. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex technical issues understandably
12. Teamwork, initiative, and a structured work approach
13. Excellent German and English skills
