Vestas, as a Danish company, is the world’s leading manufacturer of wind turbines. For the Subcontracting department, we are seeking a Service Administrator (w/m/d) who will handle administrative tasks in close collaboration with the Field Supervisors - Quality Supervision.

  1. Your Responsibilities
  2. Coordinate with subcontractors to resolve errors related to incomplete orders, such as missing documentation or time recordings.
  3. Systematic onboarding/offboarding of external technicians.
  4. Act as the link between the back offices of subcontractors, the Quality Field Supervisor, and the internal back office.
  5. Organize overarching crew management.
  6. Approve time entries.
  7. Review and file documents in Salesforce, SharePoint, etc.
  8. Process service orders in Salesforce.
  9. Your Qualifications and Skills
  10. Completed technical or commercial training.
  11. Good IT skills, ideally with experience in Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
  12. Interest in technical topics and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with them (technical prior knowledge not required).
  13. Good English skills in spoken and written form.
  14. Experience in a comparable role is advantageous but not mandatory.
  15. Strong communication skills and assertiveness.
  16. Enjoy working and supporting a team to achieve success.
  17. Love communication, including with external companies.
