BUSINESS UNITThe PAY Growth business unit is focused on driving the commercial framework and all go-to-market activities for PAY. This includes sales/business development, contracts and engagement models, partnerships, payment consulting and product marketing (with matrix support from Global Product Marketing). POSITIONWe are looking for a Germany based Billing to Customer Manager (all genders) to join our team of dedicated professionals.
CHALLENGEExperience:
•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field or comparable education.
•Experience as a Billing Specialist/Finance Operations Manager (in a related field), with a strong focus on customer claims and issue resolution.
Domain Expertise:
•Experience in SAP beneficial and preferably Navision are a plus.
•Demonstrated ability to analyze complex billing data, identify patterns, and develop strategic solutions for long-term issue resolution.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
Problem-Solving and Creativity:
•Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Personal Attributes:
•Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
•Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVEThe attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
