What you'll do

• Gather and analyze user data of our solutions and monitor performance against our business objectives
• Support product development by uncovering user behavior insights and spotting opportunities for enhancement
• Translate data-driven findings into actionable recommendations, clearly communicating them to product teams and leadership
• Build and maintain robust dashboards and reports for our Digital Customer Solutions using analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Excel
• Work closely with product teams, digital marketing, and technical experts to implement product improvements and ensure seamless execution

Who you are

• You hold a degree in business, marketing, data science, media, or a related field, laying a strong foundation for success
• Experienced in web analytics and proficient in data layer configuration, for example with Adobe Analytics
• Naturally data-driven, with a talent for analyzing user data and KPIs, transforming insights into practical strategies
• Well-versed in digital products and services, as well as in project management
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint andcapable of communicating effectively with management
