Responsibilities
  1. As a Sales Executive (w/m/d), generate interest across all product areas of active medical products and in-vitro devices within the Area Sales Team, acquire new customers, and re-engage lost clients.
  2. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to promote additional services and ensure critical business through regular customer interactions and visits (Customer Relationship Management).
  3. Identify customer needs, present solutions, involve specialists if necessary, and ensure timely and quality submission of offers.
  4. Contribute ideas for developing new services, collaborate with responsible parties and the Area Sales Manager, and support testing of new services in coordination with marketing and business units.
  5. Use sales tools proficiently, document sales activities in the CRM system according to internal policies.
Profile
  1. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in selling technical or complex services/products.
  2. Strong sales knowledge in medical products, in-vitro devices, or electronic equipment, with a technical affinity preferred.
  3. Excellent skills from needs assessment to closing, with basic business acumen.
  4. Friendly, professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, customer and service orientation, and strong prospecting abilities.
  5. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  6. High willingness to travel.
