Debtor Accountant (m/f/d) - Finance Team

We are currently looking for a Debtor Accountant (m/f/d) to join our Finance team at the earliest possible starting date.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Reliable and engaged account reconciliation and clarification
2. Monitoring and clarification of open positions, proactive internal and external communication to reopen positions
3. Posting bank statements and monitoring incoming payments from debtors
4. Managing cash collection, dunning, insurance notifications, and cash collection activities independently
5. Understanding transactions, especially with Amazon vendors, and managing related processes
6. Credit limit management and master data checks
7. Recurring reporting of open items

Your Profile:

1. Ideally, some experience in debtor accounting or accounting in general
2. Structured and organized work approach
3. Team player
4. Proactive and engaged communication skills with external and internal stakeholders
5. Fluent in German (written and spoken, native level)
6. Good command of English; Mandarin is a plus
