Jobbeschreibung

Were seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Localisation & Business Development Specialist to be a cornerstone of our Polish market entry. Your role will focus partly on brand & content localisation giving Sunday Natural an authentic Polish voice and partly on building our foundation and reach with a strong focus on market growth / business development. You will be working in close partnership with our Country Manager Poland Anna Zieciak . This is a truly 360degree role demanding adaptability proactivity and a readiness for an exciting fastpaced journey with a steep learning curve.

  • Translating localising and adapting all brand and product content (website marketing blog social media) into culturally relevant highquality Polish while also creating original copy for newsletters and campaigns
  • Ensuring linguistic consistency across all Polish touchpoints from product names and ingredients to local regulations and maintaining a flawless customer experience on our Polish webshop
  • Conducting indepth market research on the Polish health & wellness landscape identifying trends competitors and opportunities to shape our local strategy
  • Building strong relationships with local health professionals influencers and partners to establish Sunday Natural in the professional community
  • Supporting local marketing PR and social media initiatives while gathering customer feedback to continuously refine our approach

Your profile

  • You bring at least 2 years of relevant experience in Localisation Business Development or Growth Marketing / Expansion
  • You have a genuine passion for health wellness and nutrition ideally backed by a background or degree in Dietetics Nutrition Biotechnology Chemistry Pharmacy Food Science or a related scientific field
  • You are fluent in Polish with excellent English skills (written and spoken); German is a strong plus
  • You possess exceptional communication skills especially in Polish writing editing and translation with great attention to detail and brand tone
  • You have a strong understanding of the Polish market and consumer mindset and you thrive in a proactive handson scaleup environment with a collaborative and ownershipdriven mindset
