Your Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will contribute to various phases of the consulting lifecycle, including problem definition, solution proposal, development, configuration, and deployment. You will guide project teams, assist in proposal development, client training, and capability building, and help define project scope. You will have the opportunity to develop value-adding solutions that meet evolving client needs.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience with LabVantage LIMS or Labware LIMS implementation, enhancements, and support.
• Knowledge of other LIMS systems like Sample Manager, StarLIMS.
• Proficiency in Oracle, SQL.
• Experience in programming languages such as Core Java and JavaScript.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Pharma, R&D, or Healthcare domains with LabVantage LIMS or Labware LIMS implementation experience.
• Extensive experience in requirements gathering, architecture, design, development, configuration, validation, and deployment.
• 5+ years of experience in capturing user requirements, documentation, data migration, and business process analysis.
• Experience with system integrations, including ERP and PLM systems.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle, database concepts, and integration design.
• Experience with master data setup, data migration, Jasper Reports, Bartender Labels, and instrument integrations using SDMS.
• Experience working with distributed teams, with strong planning and coordination skills.
