Responsibilities:

• Participate in a varied training program combining practical and theoretical learning along the industrial value chain, with the vocational school located in Bad Tölz.
• Gain company-wide commercial insights into all important areas of a modern, internationally active industrial company, including production, purchasing, logistics, marketing, sales, finance, etc.
• Get extensive insights into local and cross-site processes and support departments in daily tasks.
• Specialize in a field of application for approximately 4-6 months, covering topics such as digital business processes, communication and collaboration, project-oriented work, and international competence.

Qualifications:

• Good completion of high school or subject-related/general high school.
• Enjoyment of subjects like business administration, German, and English.
• Personal initiative, reliability, and motivation.
