Job Description:

The main goal of our team is to ensure we sell the right products at the right price.

• Optimize our Assortment: conduct analyses and optimize the product assortment, ensuring the right mix of products to meet demand and maximize profit. Utilize internal and external data for data-driven assortment decisions;
• Implement a Winning Pricing Strategy: develop and execute a comprehensive pricing strategy for thousands of SKUs across markets and categories;
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: work closely with replenishment, commercial, marketing, and supply chain teams to align strategies with business goals;
• Monitor and Report Key Metrics: track KPIs related to basket size, margin, category penetration, and more, providing insights and recommendations for improvement;
• Develop and Lead Improvement Initiatives: set up and lead strategic projects to increase basket size, penetration, margin, and process efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to independently drive projects, own tasks, and deliver results promptly;
• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Economics, Econometrics, or related fields;
• Initial experience in a data-driven environment such as analytics, controlling, business development, or business intelligence;
• Business fluency in English (German or Dutch is a plus);
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets (Python is a plus);
• Ability to simplify complex analytical concepts for diverse stakeholders;
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or similar;
• Team-oriented, innovative mindset with a can-do attitude.
