Job Description:

Overview: The Corporate Planning division in Brussels includes several departments such as Group Controlling, Business Analytics, and Internal Controls & J-Sox. The division manages strategic planning, budgeting, profitability analysis, and internal governance.

Department: Business Analytics Department

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in SAP roll-outs at subsidiary companies, proposing and implementing improvements to controlling functions.
2. Collaborate with business units and IT to develop SAP/PowerBI solutions based on business needs.
3. Support the deployment of Sales & Service software, focusing on controlling and reporting in SAP and PowerBI.
4. Develop and set up new PowerBI dashboards across the EMEA organization, integrating operational tools.
5. Engage with stakeholders to prioritize requirements, manage expectations, and communicate effectively to enhance systems and processes.

Candidate Profile:

1. Master's degree in business economics, finance, or controlling.
2. Extensive experience as a controller, SAP key-user, or analytical role.
3. Proficiency with SAP SD, FI, CO modules; knowledge of SAP FI and CO setup is a plus.
4. Willingness to travel (15%) and work at the Oostkamp office as needed.
5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to see the big picture.
6. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, capable of working independently.
7. Result-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
