Your new team

As our new Project Manager, you'll join a dynamic, motivated, and high-performing team overseeing a diverse portfolio of global projects. Your role will manage the entire project lifecycle, from feasibility and concept to detailed design and on-site supervision.

We are a “change partner” for our clients, playing a key role in transforming the energy sector globally by delivering cutting-edge projects for the Green Energy Transition.

CCUS is a strategic focus for us, and we are the market leader in the Nordics for Carbon Capture Engineering and Consultancy. Our international Centre of Competence provides consulting engineering and design services worldwide from offices in Denmark, Germany, Sweden, US, UK, Switzerland, and APAC.

Your key responsibilities

1. Manage CCUS projects from concept and feasibility studies through detailed design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
2. Manage client and supplier relationships, ensuring effective communication and monitoring progress against schedule and budget.
3. Oversee engineering design to relevant standards, ensuring adherence to the project schedule.
4. Manage project budgets, monitor costs, evaluate risks, and report to stakeholders.
5. Ensure all activities comply with health and safety standards.
6. Prepare and present progress reports, including KPI analyses.
7. Develop remedial activities for project deviations to minimize risks.
8. Collaborate with business development to prepare tender documents for new opportunities.

About you

• Master’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in German (oral and written), with strong communication skills.
• Significant experience in process engineering projects, ideally within CCUS, from concept to construction.
• Proven success leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong customer focus and influencing skills.
• Technical and commercial acumen to balance time, quality, and cost.
• Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills.
