We're looking for a Business Development Representative to represent Databricks to prospective customers in Central Europe! This role is ideal for a sales professional early in their career, eager to help scale a game-changing enterprise software company and develop their sales skills. Reporting to the SDR manager for Central Europe, you will join a dynamic team of like-minded individuals and have the opportunity to make a significant impact in our regional team. This position is hybrid, based in our Munich office.

The impact you will have:

  • Develop your skills in value-based selling, big data, and AI
  • Provide excellent customer experience to prospective Databricks clients
  • Conduct research on accounts and prospects to craft effective outreach campaigns and increase engagement across a wide range of accounts
  • Maintain active inbound and outbound communication with prospects through personalized emails, cold calls, and social selling
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop territory strategies, build pipelines, and boost adoption
  • Identify client needs and advance conversations into sales opportunities by demonstrating how Databricks can meet those needs effectively
