Responsibilities:

1. Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of analysts, fostering a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, curiosity, and excellence.
2. Guide the team's research and analysis on topics like employee experience, talent trends, workplace culture, and diversity & inclusion.
3. Drive the creation of rankings and insights through rigorous methodologies and compelling storytelling that resonate with media partners, readers, and clients.
4. Refine methodologies and concepts for ranking projects, emphasizing relevance and impact.
5. Present findings effectively through internal strategy decks, external publications, or client meetings.
6. Contribute to content strategy evolution by identifying emerging trends and leadership opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A strategic thinker with a background in business, economics, sociology, psychology, HR, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in research, people analytics, or market insights, preferably with exposure to HR or workforce topics. Leadership experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex findings into clear, actionable narratives.
• Experience coaching or mentoring analysts and leading data-driven projects.
• Confidence in presenting to stakeholders with a professional and consultative approach.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
