- Ability to scale operations and manage complex projects.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Financial acumen, including experience with budgets and financial planning.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align scientific innovation with commercial objectives.
- Excellent communication skills and external representation abilities.
