SailPoint Solutions Architect - IIQ

Role summary :

The ProofID Solutions Architect is responsible for being the technical lead reporting to and working closely with the Chief Services Officer during pre-sales processes, RFP creation, client demos and if the project is won, then installation, integration and deployment or enhancements / maintenance of SailPoint IIQ software projects for clients and partners. This is a client facing role where you will be the primary technical resource on the front line responsible for turning this SailPoint client Identity requirement into reality.

Responsibilities :

  • Working closely with the CSO in pre-sales activity such as in initial meetings with prospects, demoing IIQ products and proposal creation .
  • Installation, integration, and deployment of the IIQ products in the client(s) environment.
  • Collaborating with the clients post implementation on user testing, debugging, support and environment maintenance.
  • Communicating to the clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and / or functional level appropriate for the situation.
  • Partnering with Project Manager on scope, schedule, status, and documentation.

The ideal candidate has experience with many of the technologies below :

  • 5-7+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator. This should include 3+ years of enterprise software implementation experience both as a developer and architect.
  • Experience in software development, implementation, and configuration, namely IIQ products.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with clients.
  • Experience with some of the following :

XML, SPML / SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML.

Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms.

Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL)

Directories (LDAP, AD).

Familiarity with IAM space with identity management provisioning systems including

Familiarity with RBAC and Provisioning a plus.

Preferred :

  • Experience with working with Project Management to assist in (project planning, resource management, scope, schedule and status, documentation)
  • Experience with QA duties is a plus (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases and test plans).
  • Security software or internal IT audit experience
