We are looking for a Reliability Engineer (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

The position is to be filled permanently.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Equipment Criticality Assessment: Determine the importance of equipment within manufacturing areas to prioritize maintenance efforts and resources.
2. Develop and implement maintenance strategies: Collaborate with maintenance and process teams to optimize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
3. Perform reliability analysis: Analyze equipment performance data, failure patterns, and maintenance records to identify improvements.
4. Monitor equipment performance: Use condition-based monitoring and predictive tools to track performance and identify potential failures.
5. Drive continuous improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance maintenance practices and equipment reliability.
6. Conduct root cause analysis: Investigate failures and develop corrective and preventive actions.
7. Provide technical expertise: Offer guidance on maintenance reliability and stay updated on industry best practices.
8. Develop and maintain documentation: Keep records related to maintenance strategies, procedures, and equipment performance.
9. Spare Parts Management: Guide decisions on spare parts based on equipment criticality and failure data.

Collaboration with Capital Project Engineers

Reliability Engineers work with Capital Project Engineers during design, risk assessment, vendor selection, commissioning, and lessons learned to ensure new assets are reliable and meet organizational standards.
