The Role

We seek a visionary leader with exceptional technical expertise and strategic mindset in cloud workload migration and modernization. As an Associate Director, you will lead high-impact projects, drive business growth, and inspire consulting teams to deliver excellence.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Lead sales and pre-sales initiatives, respond to RFI/RFPs, develop proposals, and shape strategies.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Identify new business opportunities by showcasing cloud transformation benefits.
• Represent the company at industry events and contribute to publications.

1. Project Oversight and Delivery:

• Oversee complex cloud modernization programs, ensuring successful delivery.
• Manage and mentor consulting teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Drive development of cloud architectures and modernization strategies.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, ITIL/COBIT, and best practices for quality and security.

• Lead workload analysis across various environments, identifying modernization opportunities.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for cloud transformation, including refactoring and rehosting legacy systems.

Who You Are

You possess the required experience and a growth mindset, are customer-focused, and inclusive in your work approach.

Required experience includes:

• Deep expertise in major cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native technologies.
• 7+ years in IT management consulting, aligning technology solutions to business challenges.
• Experience leading pre-sales efforts and closing strategic deals.
• Background as a Cloud Architect or similar.
• Understanding of IT operations, service management, and governance frameworks.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large projects.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Willingness to travel across Germany and work in diverse environments.

Preferred qualifications include TOGAF certifications, experience with IT operating models, advanced technology certifications, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
