This is you

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, service portal, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

• Proficient German skills (C1 level) and intermediate/basic English skills.
