Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Cyber Security: SOC Expert (d/f/m)

This role is available with reduced weekly hours, with a minimum of 32 hours/week and an adapted scope of tasks.

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and land on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Define, implement, and continuously improve the SOC strategy, focusing on various requirements.
• Coordinate different teams within the SOC.
• Investigate and manage critical SOC incidents.
• Lead and participate in cybersecurity projects.
• Develop and improve use cases.
• Manage the logging infrastructure.

Desired skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master's in Cybersecurity preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience.
• Deep technical knowledge of cybersecurity solutions.
• Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to learn, team-oriented, communicative.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.
• Security clearance or eligibility is required.
