Team Lead IT Workplace Services with MS Intune (m / f / d)

Are you passionate about leading teams and embracing responsibility? Do you have the ability to inspire both yourself and others? If so, we want you on our team! As the Team Lead for IT Workplace Services (m / f / d), you will be the right-hand to the Head of IT Service Delivery, managing a dedicated internal team of three. Your primary mission will be to drive the optimization and automation of our Workplace Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• As a leader you are responsible for professional and disciplinary management of the Workplace Services team (2nd Level Administration)
• Foster your team’s expertise and support their professional and personal growth
• Develop strategies to optimize and automate client management processes for Windows and MacOS in Microsoft Intune
• Drive the automation of software distribution processes and the management of end devices in order to increase efficiency and user satisfaction
• Continuously monitor the market to identify emerging trends
• Work closely with our security team to maintain system security
• Coordinate the development and integration of strategic software and hardware, ensuring a consistent overall architecture
• Assist with hardware and software rollouts and project planning.

Your Profile

• You have a degree in IT or an apprenticeship as an IT specialist or comparable technical training with an IT focus.
• Minimum of 5 years in IT management, particularly in workplace application management and client management
• Proven experience in leading teams, including personnel development and motivation
• Strong knowledge in the administration and management of Microsoft Intune(MDM, software distribution, device installations, security policies, etc.)
• Skilled in editing and managing INCs, requests, and the CMDB in ServiceNow
• Proven success in the management of IT projects including relevant certification such as ITIL v4
• Ability to analyse complex issues and develop effective solutions
• High motivation, innovative spirit and willingness to take on responsibility
• Very good German and good English skills are required.
