Your Role:

We are carving out the Surface Solutions business as a standalone company, independent from us. As part of the new company, you will be the IT ERP Manager responsible for integrating and maintaining the ERP solutions end-to-end. You will build a new greenfield ERP platform, collaborating with process owners, supporting testing, data migration, and go-live planning, applying strong project management skills.

After successful implementation, you will own the ERP architecture as a scalable backbone of the growing company. You will support defining detailed designs, approve technical designs, and ensure business sign-off on functional requirements.

Who you are:

• First experience in ERP architecture and design.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, e.g., SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to support testing, data migration, and go-live planning effectively.
• Technical proficiency and understanding of complex business processes and improvement opportunities.
• You act as the owner of the business.

This role is subject to a transfer to GNMI with the business unit in August.
