Job Title: Event Support Assistant
Join our social network platform to support the CCO Events team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the CCO Events Coordinator with essential event tasks (e.g., service orders, conference materials, venue prep, speaker sheets, invitations, galleries, website updates).
- Creating, updating, and maintaining event websites using content management systems.
- Handling financial and organizational processes related to conferences and courses.
- Assisting with on-site event coordination and support during events (e.g., working at the reception desk).
- Collaborating closely with the CCO Administrator to provide administrative support (e.g., handling inquiries, managing inventory, organizing social events and meetings, liaising with internal services).
- Utilizing customer relationship management databases and event software for registration, reviews, abstracts, and other tasks as needed.

Candidate profile:
- Minimum of 12 months office experience or internship/student job.
- Fluent in English with basic German proficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong time-management, multi-tasking, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications:
