What you will do :
- Build strong and sustainable business relationships with our global B2B customers.
- Optimize customer performance and ensure the successful delivery and placement of our games.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop advertising campaigns and implement them with your customers.
- Contribute to the development of growth strategies.
- Prepare market reports and analyses, working interdisciplinary.
- Participate in customer events, trade fairs, and sponsoring events.
- Manage accounts based on KPIs.
Who you are :
- Experience in CRM management, VIP management, or casino management in an operator environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, proactive in responding to customer needs, adaptable and outgoing.
- Enjoy traveling to industry events and customer meetings in Europe and beyond.
- Ideally, have extensive experience in B2B sales.
- Remote work capability, ideally based in Malta or near Berlin headquarters.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and high empathy.
- High self-organization and self-reflection skills for hybrid, collaborative work.
- Can-do attitude, passionate about progress.
- Fluent in English and other European languages; German is a plus.
