What you will do :
  • Build strong and sustainable business relationships with our global B2B customers.
  • Optimize customer performance and ensure the successful delivery and placement of our games.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop advertising campaigns and implement them with your customers.
  • Contribute to the development of growth strategies.
  • Prepare market reports and analyses, working interdisciplinary.
  • Participate in customer events, trade fairs, and sponsoring events.
  • Manage accounts based on KPIs.
Who you are :
  • Experience in CRM management, VIP management, or casino management in an operator environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, proactive in responding to customer needs, adaptable and outgoing.
  • Enjoy traveling to industry events and customer meetings in Europe and beyond.
  • Ideally, have extensive experience in B2B sales.
  • Remote work capability, ideally based in Malta or near Berlin headquarters.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and high empathy.
  • High self-organization and self-reflection skills for hybrid, collaborative work.
  • Can-do attitude, passionate about progress.
  • Fluent in English and other European languages; German is a plus.
