You will gain experience by working in a cross-functional matrix environment, building your business acumen, and participating in key training sessions. Additionally, each FDP trainee is assigned a senior leader mentor as an advocate and coach throughout your time in the program.
During the 2 years, you will also participate in several international meetings virtually or in Europe (European Finance Director meeting, Alumni FDP meeting, Steering committee, coffee chats with senior leaders in Europe and the US, etc.).
At the end of the 4th rotation, you will travel for 2 weeks to the Chicago area at AbbVie's headquarters to gain experience in a global function and network with senior leadership and global teams.
