TP in Greece collaborates with a leading Mobile Bank, helping you manage your bank account on-the-go, track expenses, and set aside money in real-time.

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support German-speaking customers.

In this role, you will be the frontline of the bank to the German-speaking market, providing excellent customer experience, preventing fraud, protecting data, and safeguarding customers.

What you will do:

• Support customers via phone, chat, and email
• Prevent fraud, protect data, and safeguard customers
• Be an ambassador of our client
• Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and promptly
• Maintain high customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain professional relationships with partners and show empathy at all times
• Work towards targets set by the client and internal goals

What you will bring:

• Fluency in German
• Very good written and oral communication skills in English
• Exceptional communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Computer literacy and tech savviness; experience with CRM tools preferred
• Ability to work under stressful situations with customers
• Customer service or customer-facing experience preferred
• Can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability
• Must hold EU citizenship/EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, or be a local candidate
