We work creatively with a systematic, theoretical-conceptual approach. Our aim is to provide academically well-founded answers to the most relevant management issues concerning strategy, price, brand management and omnichannel business.
During your doctorate, we will support you by providing direct feedback. In addition, you will benefit from a cross-departmental, constructive exchange with other faculty members and doctoral students. We work closely with renowned companies within the scope of consulting and cooperation projects. As the overall goal of your doctorate, you will be prepared in the best possible way for careers in corporate practice as well as in academia.
The work of the Chair embodies such research and practical relevance. Prof. Martin Fassnacht's alumni are successful managers of large companies, professors with a strong research background or partners of leading international management consultancies. Prof. Fassnacht takes part actively in the national media landscape, regularly discussing strategic issues in a wide variety of newspaper, radio and TV interviews. Academic Environment
