Description

The activities of the Pre-Sales / Solution Architect (m/f/d) with ESG Expertise include:

  • Providing technical guidance to clients, interested parties, and partners on the use of the Tagetik software solution, with a focus on ESG understanding and support in the sales process to demonstrate benefits to potential customers.
  • Partnering with the Account Manager during sales processes for new and existing clients, including responsibilities for tender documents, product demonstrations, prototypes, presentations, client workshops, and solution outlining based on client requirements.
  • Supporting at events (internal and external), creating articles or publications, and conducting lectures.
  • Staying up-to-date with product and process knowledge through ongoing training on reporting standards, ESG regulations, software updates, and technological changes.
  • Understanding customer processes quickly to accurately interpret their requirements and develop solutions to build confidence during sales discussions.

Job Requirements

  • Post-graduate degree in business administration, commercial informatics, or a related field, or professional experience as a consultant or controller/accountant; experience in sustainability is a plus.
  • Combination of sustainability, finance knowledge, and technical skills.
  • Experience in Presales of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) preferred.
  • Confident presentation skills at management level.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Enjoy working with customers and have an interest in ESG.
  • Excellent English skills (verbal and written); German language skills are mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for presentations, meetings, etc.
