Position: Integration/Service Manager

Tasks:

• Planning and control of integration, commissioning and/or service in national and international, small to medium-sized projects assigned
• Supporting the ISS manager in the creation of ISS contracts in coordination with the project
• Responsibility for compliance with costs, quality and deadlines
• Planning and control of UAN
• Interface coordination with the national and international companies involved in the project
• Creation and maintenance of complex database applications
• Supporting the creation of innovative maintenance and operating concepts at home and abroad for military and civilian customers
• Supporting development during the design phase
• Collaboration in system acceptance tests
• Carrying out customer training courses
• Collaboration in the preparation of offers in the area of integration maintenance and operation
• Support with calculations and concept creation in the areas of integration, installation and commissioning as well as technical and logistical support for new and existing projects
• Support in the planning and preparation of service offers in the area of after sales

Requirements:

• State-certified technician or technical training with additional qualifications in the relevant field and several years of professional experience
• Initial experience in the area of service/integration in a comparable industry
• Good knowledge of software and hardware integration as well as training and operating concepts
• Experience in project work
• Good knowledge of SAP applications
• Business fluent in English (written and spoken)
• High level of intercultural competence and willingness to work in an international environment
• Goal-orientated and independent way of working as well as assertiveness
• Team-orientated working style
• Confident demeanour
• Willingness to travel worldwide
