Position Summary

Join our team! We have a 10-month fixed-term contract vacancy for a maternity leave-cover EMEA Recruiter. This position can be based remotely anywhere in Germany.

We seek a dynamic individual responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. They will act as a brand ambassador, focusing on delivering exceptional talent with proactive and timely communication. They will serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, providing consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

This role supports recruitment projects across all Teleflex EMEA Business Units and HR partnerships. Responsibilities include direct recruiting activities, job posting, interview management, and negotiating agreements with candidates. As the company grows, this role will help automate processes and increase productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate recruitment processes, working with hiring managers to plan interview schedules.
  2. Create and maintain recruitment data in HR systems.
  3. Maintain candidate databases compliant with EU laws.
  4. Generate reports to track recruitment metrics, costs, and hiring trends.
  5. Assist managers and employees with recruitment-related inquiries and problem resolution.
  6. Support recruitment efforts, including job description development, job postings, application review, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  7. Develop staffing strategies and implement plans to identify talent internally and externally.
  8. Participate in HR projects related to talent acquisition.
  9. Verify headcount needs, funding, and obtain stakeholder approval.
  10. Organize recruitment events with third parties within budget.
  11. Stay informed on industry trends and employment legislation.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • At least three years of results-oriented recruiting experience.
  • Experience in commercial recruitment or the life sciences/medical device industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.

  • Business-fluent English and German.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up.

  • Proficiency in Boolean sourcing techniques.
  • Experience with digital recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor).
